A friend of mine said someone used to build 8 sided rods. Anyone ever heard of this? (Michael Allen) Some years ago I made some "inside-out" octa rods to include to the construction as much power fibers as possible, but the result was not very different. See here, Page 40. Triangle shape is much, much stiffer! (Tapani Salmi) Yes. Jerry Foster builds them now. (Harry Boyd) Glenn Brackett has also been building them.
